Boring?

I love the fact that I get to work with awesome people all the time. I am so blessed with an awesome community in Hamilton and it is so inspiring to be working with and learning from so many people that love God with all there heart and love people. It is awesome to daily see God's heart in other people. With my position as a Young Life Church Partner I get to meet with the church staff, an elder one-on-one, the young life staff, the young life church partners, Young Life volunteers, the Hamilton area youth pastors, youth leaders from church, teachers, kids... So many people that truly want to serve selflessly. It is an awesome thing to hear all the stories, regularly, from these men and women about how God is working in lives. It is awesome that I get to share stories and ideas with all of you guys too that don't live close to me. It is awesome to be able to share similar visions with so many people. Yet, they aren't the only ones I talk to. I meet new people most every day and so many that really need some love.

I feel so blessed to have a job that I love to do and am excited to keep growing in.

Young Life has a saying that says something like "IT IS A SIN TO BORE KIDS WITH THE GOSPEL" that is something that has made me think and ask questions for many years.

Another thing to keep in mind that I heard someone say this week was something like
"If a Christian says they have a boring life, then they really have to ask themselves how close they are following Jesus. Because He is wild and crazy, anything but Boring."
