So I have so much to do for work right now and a lot on my mind with friends. And all I want to do is procrastinate from doing this stuff. We are doing the 30 Hour Famine Tommorow and Saturday. It should be a lot of fun spending a lot of time with the kids. But a lot to plan for it yet. I bought $30 worth of juice today for the event; It is a lot of juice.
So a reason I havent blogged lately because I havent procrastinated as much in my other stuff (so that is a little bit of a lie), but don't worry I am ok, I am procrastinating this week again. One of the ways I have been procrastinated is just by talking to people a lot. Which is the best way to procrastinate, because I love talking to people. Part of talking to people is looking at there blogs and commenting. So I was looking at Jack Mattman's (sp) blog and he talked about Potlucks So I said
I love potlucks to my man Jack. I was surprised when I heard a few people at my church now say that they don't like them. I was like "WHAT!!" I can't get enough of them. They say they are too much work. I don't think so. Even if it is a little more work than normal (which I don't even think it is) it is well worth the great community that is built and the great food.
One time at my Elders family Christmas Party each family brought food (aka. potluck) and every one brought meat balls. It was so funny. It was really good though even though it was a bunch of different meatballs. The next year no one brought meaty malls.
OK maybe that is enough procrastinating for now, got to make some calls to get parents to bring food for potluck to break the 30 hour fast. It is called a break-fast potluck.

YAY for talking to people, procrastinating, and eating (especially pot lucks)!! Hope the famine goes well for you this weekend, man. Talk to you soon.
what kinds of meatballs?
some meatballs are good, but some are pretty bad.
a danger of potlucks is that people don't expect any good food, so they don't make much effort to make/bring good food, and that feeds the cycle because good food doesn't come. the best potlucks are driven by competition to see who can bring the tastiest food.
